Biography

Jason Nippert is currently the assistant band director at Dublin Coffman High School in Dublin, Ohio. Jason is a clarinetist and graduated of The Ohio State University School of Music. He has had musical works performed by many varying types of ensembles, notably The Ohio State University Collegiate Winds, the Heisey Wind Ensemble, the Hilliard Bradley Wind Ensemble, and the Dublin Coffman Symphonic Band.

 Jason has also been invited to be a guest composer and clinician for the Dublin Youth Brass Band two times and has worked the Musical Director for the Dublin Metro Brass. 

Additionally, Jason has begun to develop apps that assist music educators in the classroom, along with professional clarinetists and bassoonists. Right now, as a composer, Jason is most excited about opportunities to write commissions for new music and collaborate with others.
